Earl Taylor is President of The National Center for Constitutional Studies. He has been teaching seminars on the Unites States Constitution around the nation for the past 30 years. Mr. Taylor also founded one of the first charter high schools in Arizona where he teaches Government to high school seniors. Earl has 10 children and 35 grandchildren!
