Tracie Roberts is a wife, mother of 5 and graduate of Temple University with a Bachelors in Sociology. Her book “Mommy, Is This All My Fault” is the first in a series of books addressing mental health in a child friendly way. This book is written from a child’s point of view and addresses when a parent has a mental health disorder such as depression or is going through a difficult time. Children often blame themselves for what is going on with their parents and this book is a gentle way to tell them it is not their fault and their parent loves them. As a sufferer of bipolar depression herself, she is very open about her struggles and shares her journey in navigating this disease through fitness online. She has lost almost 100 pounds and gained self love and wants to help other woman work towards becoming their healthiest selves as well.
